What we provide
ReLaunch Company offers career-restart programmes — live cohorts taught on Zoom, recorded self-paced programmes and individual services — together with a student portal for sessions, recordings and resources.
We prepare you for your job search. We do not guarantee a job, an interview or a salary.
Your account
You need an account in the student portal to enrol in a batch or a programme. You can buy services on the website without one: if your email address has no account when you pay, we create one and email you a link to set a password. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. An account is for one person.
Fees and payment
The fee for a batch, a recorded programme or a service is shown before you pay, in Indian rupees. Payment is taken online through our payment provider, and a receipt is issued for every payment.
Refunds and cancellations are covered by the Refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Live sessions and recordings
Live sessions are recorded so that members of the batch can catch up. When you enrol you are asked whether you agree to this, including when you buy a place on the website without an account: we keep which wording you agreed to and when. [DRAFT — THIS SENTENCE HAS NOT BEEN REVIEWED BY THE LAWYER]
Joining links, recordings and resources are for enrolled students only. Do not share them, and do not record, copy or redistribute programme material.
Conduct
Treat coaches and fellow students with respect, in sessions and in the community. Do not use the website or the portal to break the law, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the service.
