What's included

Four modules that take you from typing one-line questions to running real work through AI. We teach the concepts professionals use, and explain every one in plain language.

AI mindset and core mechanics. Treat AI as an assistant you brief, understand why it sometimes makes things up, and choose the right tool.

Structured prompting. The five-part brief, teaching the model by example, and making it reason step by step.

Context and token management. Why long chats drift, how to structure instructions and data, and when to start a fresh thread.

Talk to your files. Question reports and spreadsheets, research several sources at once, and keep personal data safe.

You need a laptop and free ChatGPT, Claude and NotebookLM accounts. Every exercise uses files we provide, so nothing personal or confidential is uploaded.
