Questions people ask first

Should I take the whole programme or one service?

The ReLaunch Company Program takes you through every step and suits you if you need help at several stages. If only one thing is holding you back, such as your resume or interviews, add just that service, or any others you need.

Do I need a call before I buy?

Only for the whole programme, so we can check it is right for you. You can add one or several services and check out directly.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Pay with your name, email and phone. We then email you a link to sign in and start.

Do I get a discount for buying several services?

The discount depends on how many services you buy together, and you see it before you pay. Coupons can't be used on a bundle.

What is the refund policy?

A bundle of services can only be cancelled in full; one service in a bundle can't be refunded on its own. The Refund policy has the details.
